1. What is ProspectIQ?
ProspectIQ is an automated ICP workshop tool by HES Consultancy International. In 20–30 minutes you generate a fully qualified Top-40 account list — ready for DealFlow import or Excel export.

3. WP2 — ICP Intake Wizard
The intake wizard collects all information needed for an accurate Ideal Customer Profile in 7 steps. Fill in every field as specifically as possible — better input leads to more relevant accounts.
The 7 steps
Company profile
Enter the company name and a short product description (max. 200 characters). Be as specific as possible — not "software" but "post-quantum encryption for NIS2 compliance".
Target sectors
Select one or more sectors: Finance, Government, Healthcare, Telecom, Industry, Tech/SaaS, Energy, Logistics. More sectors = broader but less sharp account profile.
Firmographic profile
Choose target regions (Benelux, DACH, Nordics, CEE), company size (501–1,000 / 1,001–5,000 / 5,000+) and organisation types (Enterprise, Government, Scale-up).
Buyer persona
Select the decision-makers you target: CISO, CTO, CIO, CEO, Head of Cyber, VP IT Security, DPO, Compliance Officer. This determines the DISC profile and SPIN argumentation per account.
Pain points
What problems does your product solve? Choose from: NIS2 compliance, DORA deadline, Quantum threat, Data sovereignty, Cost savings, Operational continuity. This drives SPIN Problem and Implication per account.
Deal parameters
Enter the expected deal size (€ range), average sales cycle (weeks) and competitors. This automatically populates the MEDDIC+ deal value in the export.
Review & save
Check all entered data. Click "Start Analysis" to continue to WP3. The wizard saves your data in the browser session and opens WP3 after 2.5 seconds.
4. WP3 — AI Analysis
WP3 processes your intake in four phases: ICP profile, buyer personas with DISC profile, market signals and Apollo.io parameters. In the paid version this runs via the Claude AI API.
5. WP4 — Account Hub
The Account Hub shows all generated EU enterprise accounts with full SPIN, MEDDIC+, DISC profile, intent signals and outreach channels. Filter, sort and select accounts for export to WP5.
Working with the Account Hub
- Filter: Use the sidebar to filter by Tier (A/B/C), country (NL/DE/BE/CH/AT/SE/DK) and sector. Filters are applied instantly.
- Account detail: Click an account to open the detail panel: ICP score, DISC profile, intent signal, contact person, SPIN per field, MEDDIC checklist and outreach channels.
- Select: "☑ All" selects all visible accounts. "✦ Tier A" automatically selects all Tier A accounts for export.
- SPIN generation (paid): "✨ SPIN Tier A" generates live SPIN for all Tier A accounts via Claude AI. Also available individually per account in the detail panel.
- To export: "→ WP5 Export" forwards selected accounts to the Export Hub.
6. WP5 — DealFlow Export Hub
WP5 offers three export strategies to send accounts to DealFlow, plus an ICP Report download. All exports place accounts as "suspect" in the DealFlow pipeline.

Strategy A — Excel (recommended)
Generates an .xlsx with two sheets: "DealFlow Import" (32 columns, tier colour-coded) and "ICP Profile" (session summary). Import via DealFlow → Import module.
Strategy B — Live inject
Sends accounts real-time to DealFlow via BroadcastChannel. Requires DealFlow open in the same browser window. Accounts appear immediately as suspect in the pipeline.
Strategy C — PocketBase API
Push accounts directly to the PocketBase database via REST API. Enter your PocketBase host URL and admin API token in the configuration field.
ICP Report
Generates a professional HTML report with ICP summary and account overview. Open in browser and print to PDF. Suitable as attachment for DealFlow deals.
7. Activating a licence
After 2 free demo sessions the licence screen appears automatically. Enter your licence key to unlock full access.
Request a licence key
Send an email to mbhes@hes-consultancy-international.com with subject "ProspectIQ Licence". You will receive your key within 1 business day.
Price: €1,500 excl. VAT per engagement (unlimited use for one project/client).
Enter the key
Enter the licence key (format: HCI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) in the paywall screen and click "Activate". Validated via SHA-256 — your key is never stored in readable form. Activation applies to the current browser on the current device.
8. FAQ
WP3 always shows the same data — why?
In demo mode, fixed mock data is used (based on Chunk Works). In the paid version Claude AI processes your specific WP2 intake live and generates unique output per session.
WP4 only shows 10 accounts
In demo mode the maximum is 10. After licence activation and a fresh session via WP2, all 40 accounts are loaded. Check that the licence is correctly activated (green badge top-right in WP5).
The Excel export doesn't open correctly
Double-click the downloaded .xlsx file. The file contains UTF-8 BOM for correct character encoding. Use Excel 2016 or later for best results.
Strategy B (inject) doesn't work
Check: (1) DealFlow is open in the same browser window, (2) not incognito, (3) modern browser. Alternative: use Strategy A (Excel) and import via DealFlow → Import module.
Can I use the tool for multiple clients?
Yes. Start each session fresh via WP2. SessionStorage is cleared when you close the browser window. Your licence key can be reused for multiple sessions on the same device.
