A Deeply Personal Mission
The motivation to contribute to healthcare transformation has a personal foundation. My brother, who has Down Syndrome, lives in a 24/7 care facility since 2024. Experiencing the inefficiencies and communication gaps within the healthcare system firsthand underscored the urgent need for technology that truly supports both healthcare professionals and patients. This is not just a business opportunity — it's a commitment to making a difference.

Chunk Works
This video was not created as a traditional marketing asset.
It is the outcome of a structured deep dive into the technology, positioning, and go-to-market strategy behind Chunk Works.
Before producing the video, I analyzed:
-
the core problem the solution addresses,
-
its strategic relevance for CIOs, CISOs, and executive leadership,
-
the commercial positioning in the Western European market,
-
and the growing importance of governance, compliance, and data sovereignty.
My involvement with data sovereignty and cloud control is not new.
As early as 2016, while working in the cloud and infrastructure domain, questions around trust, jurisdiction, and control over data were already central to enterprise discussions. These topics became even more tangible during my time working with global technology vendors, where trust and geopolitical context were constant points of scrutiny.
Long before today’s focus on hyperscalers and legislation such as the U.S. Cloud Act, data ownership and control were already core architectural concerns. During my academic background in Computer Science, I was already working with concepts such as Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) — the idea that data must remain governable, traceable, and controllable throughout its entire lifecycle.
Chunk Works aligns directly with this long-term perspective.
The solution is not about replacing cloud platforms, but about restoring control: enabling organizations to retain authority over where data resides, how it is accessed, and under which jurisdiction it falls.
Only after this strategic and technical understanding was established did I translate the narrative into a script.
The final video was produced using AI-based tooling — as an accelerator of execution, not as a substitute for analysis or judgment.
This reflects how I work:
-
understanding first,
-
positioning second,
-
execution last.
AI enables speed.
Control over data enables trust.
