Building new strategy for the Dach & Benelux region together with the team who are the stars of the company. First Line’s cutting edge work spans Logistics & Warehouse Management Solutions, eCommerce, Healthcare, Web Content Management, Enterprise Mobile, Bigdata/AI and prototyping of IoT devices. 6 months assignment create a Strategic & Business Sales plan for Europe for the e-Health FIHR platform. Develop a new product in collaboration with CTO, FiHR viewer for medial data. Creating a 30-60-90 days business plan and overall Sales & Marketing plan for a new Dutch start-up SaaS E-health company, with several elements like; Sales Acceleration program on the current pipeline to realize the revenue numbers for 2023. Develop product marketing combinations for the solution Improve, update/create new sales materials, battlecards, lead 2 cash program, Digital marketing strategy, etc. Hire sales & Marketing people for growth the business, supporting the Founders with venture capital HC for the financial rounds. Setting up Channel & OEM program for B2B business partners like Smile Digital Health, Microsoft, Pharmeon, CGM, Dedalus and Nexus AG. Visited together with the CEO DMEA event in Berlin and HIMMS Europe in Portugal to get intel and setting up strategic collaboration with companies and people in Germany & The Netherlands.
